Space is usually sold in units of 3 sq metres.
3 sq m unit (space only): £915 + VAT
3 sq m unit (with shell scheme): £969 + VAT
(For space sold by metre; space only: £305 + VAT per sq metre, with shell scheme: £323 + VAT per sq metre)
